Nexu OMS is built by Louzet Tech SL — an engineering company dedicated to one hard problem: turning a chaotic web of sales channels, warehouses, and suppliers into a single, intelligent order management engine that scales.

Louzet Tech SL builds infrastructure for unified commerce. We started Nexu OMS because the tools that promised to connect channels and suppliers stopped at pretty reports — leaving the hard parts (routing, landed cost, traceability, automation) as someone else's problem.
Nexu OMS is the opposite: an API-first Distributed Order Management System (DOM) engineered for enterprise scale. Sales orders flow in from every channel; an intelligent operational layer pivots them into picking lists and sourcing mandates; an event-driven core guarantees every action is processed, signed, retried, and audited.

Demand arrives from everywhere — storefronts, marketplaces, B2B portals, sales reps. Supply lives in silos — internal warehouses, drop-ship partners, suppliers who only accept a batched PDF. Nexu OMS sits in the middle, decoupling sales from fulfillment so a single order can be sourced, priced, and routed intelligently across an entire network without anyone losing the thread.

Every event is queued, processed by a worker, and delivered as an HMAC-signed webhook with retries on exponential backoff and a full audit trail. Nothing silently drops.

Pricing segmented down to the ZIP code, volume tiers, and B2B/B2C catalogs. True landed cost and margin protection. When the numbers matter, "close enough" is a bug.
Automate the toil
Supplier automation rules decide between API triggers and batched email PDFs. Intelligent kitting and BOM assembly happen without a human stitching SKUs together by hand.
