Unified Demand Capture
Sales Orders
Every channel — B2B, B2C, marketplace, EDI — lands as a normalized Sales Order. One schema, one source of truth for what the customer actually asked for, independent of how it will be filled.
The Platform
Nexu OMS is an enterprise-grade Distributed Order Management System (DOM). It decouples how you capture demand from how you fulfill it — so a single sales order can be sourced, routed, and shipped across internal warehouses and dropship suppliers without ever compromising margin, traceability, or the customer experience.
From order to delivery
Nexu OMS turns a raw sales order into an executable fulfillment plan. Demand capture is deliberately separated from operational execution, so your commercial channels and your warehouse floor can each move at their own pace.
Sales Orders
Every channel — B2B, B2C, marketplace, EDI — lands as a normalized Sales Order. One schema, one source of truth for what the customer actually asked for, independent of how it will be filled.
Master Picking Lists
The system pivots from "what was ordered" to "what must be done." Sales orders are aggregated into Master Picking Lists optimized for the warehouse floor — not the checkout page.
Execution Mandates
Each line is issued an Execution Mandate routed to the optimal source: internal fulfillment from your own stock, or dynamic dropshipping handed straight to the right supplier.
Enterprise features
The difference between an order tracker and an order management system is control. Nexu OMS gives you control over price, margin, sourcing, and every record in between.
Pricing
Pricing is not one number. Nexu resolves the right price down to the ZIP code, layered with volume tiers and distinct B2B and B2C catalogs. The same SKU can carry a different price for a wholesale buyer in one region and a retail shopper in another — evaluated automatically at order time, no spreadsheets, no manual overrides.
Resolved price — SKU-4471
One catalog. Region, channel, and quantity resolve the correct unit price at order time.
Margin breakdown — Order #80213
Margin is computed against fully landed cost — before the order is ever released.
Margin
A sale isn't profitable until the product arrives. Nexu calculates the true landed cost of every line — supplier cost, freight, duties, fees, and handling — so margin is known before an order is committed, not discovered in a month-end reconciliation. Routing and sourcing decisions defend that margin automatically, so you never quietly ship at a loss.
Traceability
Because Nexu decouples Sales orders from Supplier orders, every record stays clean. A customer can buy three items fulfilled from three different sources, and each leg keeps its own document trail — what the customer was promised, what each supplier was instructed to ship, and how the two reconcile. No tangled line items, no guesswork during returns, disputes, or audits.

Sourcing rules
Each supplier is fulfilled the way they can actually act on — automatically.
Automation
Your suppliers are not identical, so Nexu doesn't treat them that way. Configure how each supplier is engaged: a real-time API trigger for partners with modern systems, or batched email PDFs for the ones still running on inbox and printer. The rules engine picks the right channel per supplier, automatically — so onboarding a low-tech vendor never means a human re-keying orders.
Kitting & BOM
Sell a bundle, pick its parts. Nexu understands a Bill of Materials: a single sellable kit explodes into its component SKUs for sourcing and picking, then collapses back into one line for the customer. Inventory is tracked at the component level, so a shared part across multiple bundles never gets double-counted or oversold.

Architecture
Nexu OMS is built on an asynchronous core. State changes are emitted as events, processed by durable workers, and delivered to your systems as signed webhooks — so heavy operations never block an order, and nothing is silently dropped.
Every meaningful state change is captured as an immutable event and enqueued. The order path stays fast; the work happens behind it.
Durable workers consume the queue with guaranteed processing. Sourcing, pricing, and routing run asynchronously, isolated from the request that triggered them.
Results are pushed to your endpoints as HMAC-signed webhooks, with automatic retries on a full audit trail. Your systems hear about every change in real time.
Real-time
Push delivery the moment state changes — no polling.
Signed
Every payload is HMAC-signed so you can verify authenticity.
Retries
Failed deliveries retry with exponential backoff.
Logs
A full audit trail of every event and delivery attempt.
